Why Natures Trim?

Ever since man first domesticated the horse the horses natural environment has been altered for the sake of human convenience. What is natural and healthy for all horses has almost been forgotten. Natures Trim is a way to care for our horses in the best possible way by looking at the model of the wild horses who survive on their own roaming as nature intended. By looking at the structures of the hoof and how it functions in both the wild horse and the domesticated horse we can see what nature intended for the hoof (wild model) and what domestication has destroyed. This site is a "road map" back to health and soundness for our domesticated equine friends.
